If a bracelet or watch band happens to break within 90 days, we are more than happy to restring it, no charge.  If a charm on a cigar stick happens to fall off within 30 days, we'll re-attach it at no charge.  If the item shows any physical damage, where beads may have to be replaced, there will be a replacement charge depending on the amount of damage.

If more than the designated time has passed there will be a $5 repair fee for fixing a loose string or charm that has fallen off.

• The  $5 fee covers the return shipping.  You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to us.

• The charge for a replacement of beads will be announced at the time the item has been evaluated.  The charge depends on the damage that has been done.
